1: Be professional. Leave your personal issues at the door and perform like a big boy. You can pick up your personal hatreds on your way out, if you like.
2: If you cannot be professional, simply do not perform in shows with people you cannot get along with. So maybe you miss out on a show or two - it's a lot more professional than making a scene. And
3: Communicate and put your issues aside. Talk through it and make friends. This doesn't always work - especially if both parties aren't agreeable to it, but in the end this will be the smartest and most strategic move for your career and probably for your life as well.
